Refund policy

Merchandise is eligible for return within 5 days of original purchase.  Due to the high software and credit card processing fees of up to 10%, merchandised refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit.  The customer will also pay the returned shipping package back to Switchback Style.

Without an original sales receipt, merchandise qualifies for an exchange at the current selling price.  Items exchanged must be of equal or lesser value.

No Returns allowed on the following:

Anything in the headwear tab (hats, glasses, etc.)

Anything in the beauty tab

Drinkware

Jewelry

Food items

Anything used or worn

Any discounted items
